Refunds & Returns
We want you to enjoy the items you get from us. We accept returns for any reason, except for custom work and commissioned goods. Custom work and commissioned goods are not refundable.
Items must be received by us in good condition, able to be resold. Please use sturdy packaging. If an item was received damaged in the mail, please let us know, and we will replace it.
Please return items within 60 days of purchase.
We will refund the item price you paid, but not return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live and how you mail it, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will respond quickly once we get it.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
