This is a painting depicting the love Jesus has for each one of us. He has appeared to numerous saints with His heart exposed to try to convey this love. The cross reminds us of the passion He suffered for our salvation, the flame His burning love and longing for our return of this love, and the piercing and thorn crown the effect our sins and offences have on Him. This was painted with acrylics and colored pencils on paper.

IMPORTANT: Each of the 3 sizes indicates outside dimensions. There is a border of white left around the image, approximately 1 1/2" to 2" all around.
