Divine Mercy – Saint Faustina quote – "Love is stronger than death" – 8.5x11" – Sue Kouma Johnson – Catholic Inspiration – Authentic Quote

The art is by Sue Kouma Johnson, based on a vision of Saint Faustina. Faustina Kowalska was a Polish nun who was born in 1905. Faustina wrote that on the night of Sunday, 22 February 1931, Jesus appeared wearing a white garment with red and pale rays emanating from his heart. He instructed her to have the image of this vision, along with the words "Jesus, I trust in You" painted. He promised that those who venerate this image will not perish.

The quote comes from Faustina's diary. She wrote extensively about Jesus and her visions of him. Jesus taught us to love. Through his suffering, death, and resurrection, he demonstrated that "love endures everything, love is stronger than death, love fears nothing".
