New! Mary Magdalene at the Cross - by Carles Letaille - Holy Card - Pack of 10/100/1000

Mary Magdalene at the Cross is based on an original holy card by Charles Letaille and E. Boumard, produced c. 1875. We chose a prayer adapted from St. Alphonsus Ligouri's Stations of the Cross. It reads

"All your strength will be in hope and in silence..." (Isaiah 30:15)...Sacred silence, where one speaks only to God...and where one listens only to God who speaks to you... My Jesus, I see You hanging on this tree of sorrow, and I know it was my sins that brought You here. O my Love, permit me to be with You. I do not ask to be freed from my own crosses; I only ask for the grace to carry them with You, and to die at Your feet, as You died for me."

This card is beautiful enough to make me weep for my sins, and for joy in my Savior. We hope you fid it helpful in your journey.
