Sometimes you need to bring out the big guns. This is a traditional Catholic prayer against evil spirits. The great picture on the front is to help us have confidence that we’re asking Almighty God for help, he who is all-powerful, who made the everything, and who has absolute authority over everything.

Carl Bloch (1834-1890) was a Danish painter who painted scenes from the Bible, and is still world-famous today. He had a nice flourish with the dramatic in a story, conveying the essence of it. We carry several of his paintings in our shop, and we will likely carry more.

We added this card as a Halloween card because it is a day that sometimes people get into stuff they shouldn’t. This prayer will help you with any evil presences, whether they are Halloween related or not. Have confidence when praying! If the Rx calls for sterner stuff, do fasting and more prayers. If that doesn’t work, talk to a priest. They have apostolic power, and some spend their whole lives tossing out evil spirits. Remember, we have already won because the victory belongs to Christ!
