New! Latin/English Holy Card – Hail Mary – Ave Maria! – Latin/English – pack of 10/100/1000 – Restored Vintage Holy Card

On the back of this beautiful card is the Hail Mary prayer in English and Latin, along with our carefully consulted pronunciation guide. It’s pretty enjoyable for us to practice it in Latin, and you might enjoy it, too. Kids find it enjoyable as well. Just takes a little practice to get it down.

On the front is our restoration of an Ave Maria holy card by Louis Turgis, one of the main holy card makers in Paris in the 19th Century. He had started with engravings in the early 1800s and moved to colored lithos by the latter 1800s. We think this one is from about 1870. The flowers spell out the letters AM in a monogram, which stands for... Ave Maria! The dove represents the sould of an adorer.
