Two people have died for you. Jesus Christ died for your soul, and the American Soldier died for your freedom. This is an authentic reproduction, front and back, of an American holy card put out in 1942.

The prayer on the back is an act of contrition to help secure Heaven for any dying soldier, of any faith. This card is from a time of war. Over 400,000 American boys died in World War II to secure the peace and freedom which you, and the world, have enjoyed ever since. We have reproduced this card to honor them.

We belive in God, Country, and Family, and this is the right ordering of the heart in the Cosmic Chain of Being. The Imprimatur on the back for the card and prayer is still valid, unless someday overridden by the Vatican.

This prayer is very important. It is true for anyone, anywhere. I've witnessed to two people near to their death, and the Holy Spirit inspired me to tell them the main thing God wanted was for them to be sorry for their sins. Are you sorry for your sins? I asked them, and they said yes. I hope to see them at the Resurrection. If there is no priest there, you can act rightfully for the salvation of a soul by doing something like the bishop says to do on this holy card. Like the Good Thief on the cross, being sorry for your sins implies you know God is your maker, and you have sinned before him, and you are in need of his forgiveness. A lot of theology is packed into being sorry before God.
