St. Padre Pio with Lamb
Restored Photograph
Padre Pio is one of the most amazing Saints of all time. Deeply devout, he spent most of his life saying Mass or in the confessional. He often spent 10 hours a day hearing confessions, and he had the gift of being able to read hearts. If someone forgot a sin or held it back, he would ask them about it so they could confess it. That's why people would come from all over and wait in long lines to be shriven by him. He was associated with many other miracles during and after his life here on Earth.
For fifty years Padre Pio bore the wounds of Christ in his body, a testimony to the utter oneness of his heart with the Heart of Jesus. We hope our vivid restoration of this photograph lets you be closer to him, and thus closer to Jesus!
Patron of Youth, Civil Defense Workers, Stress Relief, and "January Blues"
Feast Day: September 23. He is a Patron of Civil Defense because of astonishing protections he brought to his town to avert Allied bombers during WWII. Worth reading about!
We think this print looks fantastic in a black frame, but gold or wood look good too.
!!!IMPORTANT !!! The Image is smaller than the paper! There is a blank white margin around the paper, 1/2" for 5x7", 1.3" for 8.5x11", and 1.6" for 11x14". This border lets our pictures look good framed without a matt.
- Acid-free paper
- Archival pigments, rated to last for generations.
- Cardboard backer
- Above story of the art
- Enclosed in a tight-fitting, crystal clear bag.
** IMPORTANT ** There is about an inch-and-a-third to one-and-a-half inch of white space around the picture, so the image is smaller than the paper.
Thanks for your interest!
Thanks!
